The most important thing to remember about having razor sharp abdominal muscles is that you won’t see them until you get rid of the fat around your waist, even if you train them everyday.
The best exercise is crunches. They are better than sit ups because you don’t use your lower back too much. Lie on the floor with your legs on a chair and then without moving your back lift your abdomen off the floor. Tense your stomach muscles as you do this. Then return to the starting position but don’t bounce off the floor before you do the second rep. Abdominals benefit from more reps per set than other exercises so you should aim to be doing about 100 reps per set!
